AFRICA AND THE FOURTH INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION: DEFINING A ROLE FOR RESEARCH UNIVERSITIES 18th - 20th November 2019 |
In 2017 the African Research Universities Association (ARUA) approved the establishment of a Centre of Excellence in Climate and Development (ARUA-CD). The ARUA-CD partners are University of Cape Town (Secretariat and Southern African regional hub), University of Ghana (West African regional hub) and University of Nairobi (East African regional hub). Since then several engagements have been held in the three ARUA hubs with the latest being The Second Biennial Conference for ARUA to be held in the University of Nairobi from the 18th to 20th November 2019. The planned conference theme is: AFRICA AND THE FOURTH INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION: DEFINING A ROLE FOR RESEARCH UNIVERSITIES Participation will be through registration at this link and details of the programme and conference logistics and guidelines for presentations are available here and here |
