The Department of Earth and Climate Sciences was honoured to host Professor Juan Manuel Garcia Ruiz : CSIC-Unversidad de Granada, Spain who gave public lecturers on various topics to staff and students and discussed on various ways of collaborations between the two institutions.
Biography:
The University of Nairobi will host former Judge and incumbent president of the Republic of Italy His Excellency Sergio Mattarella for a public lecture on Climate change. In what promises to be an illuminating discourse on a key issue in the global arena, president Sergio Mattarella shall deliver his address to over 500 students and delegates from all over the country at the iconic Taifa Hall at the University of Nairobi, main campus on Thursday, March 16th 2023 as from 9 am.
